Bertolli Meal Soup: Make a Weeknight Meal Challenge
Weeknight meals can be challenging around my house.
For this weeknight meal challenge I decided to have a little me time.
Just one look at the frozen bag of Bertolli Meal Soup told me all I was going to need to accompany this meal was a couple of slices of some crusty french bread.
You know how sometimes you will buy a product based on the mouth watering photo the manufacturer has used on the packaging only to prepare that product and be totally disappointed? I know this has happened to me on many occasions.
Be prepared to be blown away when you prepare a package of Bertolli Meal Soup. If anything the cooked soup looks better in real life then it does on the package. The flavor is delicious.

Here are the ingredients.
Roasted white meat chicken, beans, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, tomatoes, and pasta in a hearty vegetable broth.
Now look at this picture. The soup is packed full of big chunky pieces of vegetables, pasta and white meat chicken.
The zucchini and squash is crisp like they were freshly picked.

I was really impressed by the flavor on these too!
The chicken soup looks really great! I tried the Tuscan beef for my weeknight challenge and it was delicious! I will be trying all the flavors soon!
